Dustin Haw, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Haw joined TerraVest as a director in 2014 and was appointed President and CEO in 2017. He is responsible for operations, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining TerraVest Dr. Haw was Vice President of Clarke Inc., a publicly traded investment company with a focus on distressed investing. Dr. Haw holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Western Ontario and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mitchell Gilbert, Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Gilbert joined TerraVest in 2013 with key responsibilities in sourcing, negotiating and consummating mergers and acquisitions opportunities as well as evaluating organic growth investments and new market opportunities. Prior to joining TerraVest, Mr. Gilbert was at a major Canadian bank for 14 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Diversified Groups. Mr. Gilbert holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from McMaster University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Marilyn Boucher, Vice President of Finance

Marilyn joined TerraVest in 2017, and is responsible for financial reporting for TerraVest and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining TerraVest, Ms. Boucher was in a senior management role with a large Canadian publicly traded company involved in consumer products manufacturing. Marilyn holds an undergraduate degree from Concordia University with a major in accounting and finance. Ms. Boucher also holds her CPA, CA auditor designation.

Pierre Fournier, President, Fuel Containment Division

Mr. Fournier has been President of the Fuel Containment Segment since 2006 (prior to the acquisition by TerraVest). He is responsible for overall operations including sales, marketing and manufacturing. Prior to this, Mr. Fournier was a Vice President and General Manager at MAAX Canada, the largest manufacturer of bath tub and shower products in Canada, where he was responsible for 8 factories and more than 1,800 employees.

Mitchell Debelser, President, Processing Equipment Division

Mitch DeBelser is the President of TerraVest’s Energy Processing Equipment division with overall responsibility for day to day operations including manufacturing and sales. Prior to joining TerraVest, Mitch worked for NWP Industries Inc. for 11 years in positions of increasing responsibility including sales, operations and ultimately President. Mitch holds an undergraduate degree from the University Calgary and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Michael (Butch) Gering, President, Services Division

Butch began working in the Oilfield industry in 1985 and co-founded Diamond Energy Services in 1996 starting with one service rig. Over time, Diamond has grown into the leading service rig provider in southwestern Saskatchewan and continues to support not only customers but the community as well. This includes Swift Current Minor Hockey, the South Saskatchewan Female Hockey League and numerous other community and fundraising committees. Separate from community involvement, Mr. Gering is also a director at Great Plains College and Vice Chair of Sask Water.

Charles Pellerin , Executive Chairman

Charles Pellerin CPA, CA

Charles Pellerin is the Principal Partner and President of one of the largest independent accounting firms in Quebec, Pellerin Potvin Gagnon S.E.N.C.R.L. Charles joined the firm in 1998, became Partner in 2003 and was promoted to President in 2006. He specializes in many areas including: mandates of assurance, counseling, management, financing, acquisition and sale of business and audit engagements for several manufacturing companies and distributors.

Charles is the owner of several privately owned manufacturing businesses and owns residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Quebec.

Since 2009, Charles has been a respected board member of Clarke Inc. (TSX:CKI). In addition, he has been the Executive Chairman of TerraVest (TSX:TVK) since 2014, when Terravest acquired one of Charles’s manufacturing companies.

Charles holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from Ottawa University and a post graduate diploma in accounting from University of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.   He has been a member of the Quebec Order of the Chartered Accountants since 2000.

Charles has been described as enterprising, results orientated, ambitious and entrepreneurial. As well, Charles is a sports fan having played football for 10 years then coached for 10 years.  He is one of the owners and President of a Junior Hockey Team, Tigres de Victoriaville and he serves as a member of the executive committee for the QMJHL (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League).

Blair Cook, Audit Committee Chair

Blair is a many-time corporate director, CFO, author, speaker, educator, and thought leader. He is presently CFO of Horizon Maritime, a marine asset and management company. He is also a partner at Executive Finance Partners, a thought leadership and consulting firm serving the office of the CFO. He discovers and reconciles best practices from both the academic and real world to help clients and companies become stronger. He is the author of The Illiterate Executive: An Executive’s Handbook for Mastering Financial Acumen.

Dale Laniuk

Mr. Laniuk is a retired investor and corporate director. Mr. Laniuk was President and CEO of TerraVest from 2012 top 2015 and non-executive Chair of TerraVest Income Fund from 2009 until 2012 with executive responsibility for the Process Equipment Division (formerly known as Fabrication).

Rocco Rossi

Rocco Rossi is currently CEO of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce representing the interests of over 60,000 businesses big and small. He was formerly for 5 years the CEO of Prostate Cancer Canada which was ranked by the Financial Post as one of the top 3 health charities in Canada in terms of efficiency and financial transparency in 2017.

Mick MacBean

Mick is a Senior Managing Director at TriWest Capital Partners. Prior to joining TriWest, Mick was a founder and CEO of Diamond Energy Services, a Saskatchewan-based energy services firm. Mick successfully operated Diamond from 1998 to 2010. Prior to Diamond, Mick was employed at ARC Financial Corporation, a Calgary-based merchant banking and private equity firm. Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Director. Mick also currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of private and public companies.
